We love to see a groom rocking his unique style on his wedding day. A sharp, tailored suit is always a winner, but mix it with a bold hue or out-there print and you’ve really caught our eye.

Many a 2016 groom opted to go tieless, often accessorising instead with hats and contrasting pocket squares. Patterns remained popular this year, as did mixed textures like velvet, denim, tweed and linen.

A well-groomed groom is hard to overlook. Despite cries of ‘peak beard’ at the end of last year, 2016 saw plenty of bearded grooms, though the wedding day cut-throat shave is definitely on the rise.
