Best of 2016: Wedding Dresses

When it came to bridal fashion, 2016 was the year for paring it back. The gowns that really shone for us were those with modern, simple silhouettes and sophisticated embellishment.
We saw a strong return to tradition in the year that was, with many brides opting for classic-meets-contemporary styles. Demure looks were popular too, with plenty of high-necklines, long sleeves, trains and veils.
Lacey boho numbers were still huge in 2016 and we’ve included a handful of beauties in our round up of wedding dress faves.
