Bohemian Beach Editorial by Nisha Ravji
It’s no secret that Hitch’d Wedding Fair brings together some of Auckland’s most talented vendors and this year a bunch of the best teamed up to produce a bohemian beach wedding editorial – be still our beating hearts.
With Nisha Ravji behind the lens, the barefooted muse was the epitome of feminine romance in a Rue de Seine gown from the Nomadic Love collection. The look was styled by Anoushka of Epic Daily Style while Natalie Dent worked her magic, resulting in glowing skin and a whimsical halo braid.
The editorial could be separated into three distinct vignettes and each bohemian backdrop was styled and orchestrated by Weddings by Paris. In the first – the ceremony scene – a stunning macrame hanger was sourced from Spoonful Design and strung from the trees. Twig & Twine brought an earthiness to the shoot with a halo of cool-toned blooms, while a white and green bouquet with orange accents added further romance.
A laidback beachside picnic followed and Weddings by Paris styled the scene with a vintage Moroccan rug, cushions, fur throws and a few antlers (courtesy of Junk & Disorderly).
A beachside wedding wouldn’t be complete without a frolic on the shore and in the final vignette, Amy donned some Lonely Hearts Club lingerie that could only be described as honeymoon worthy.
