After owning a couple of homes together and having a baby, Angela figured she and Jordan had skipped the whole marriage thing, until Jordan surprised her with a proposal in his home town of Whangamata, NZ. From there, it didn’t take long for this family of three to call New Zealand home, embracing Orua Beach House to host their relaxed beach wedding. From stunning coastal views to a skinny dipping bridal party, Bespoke Photography captured it all!

Angela and Jordan were surrounded by 80 guests when they read their own vows, with a little help from newly appointed celebrant Antonia Prebble. After loving Antonia’s work as an actress on a New Zealand television show, the couple say it truly felt like they had a friend officiating their memorable ceremony. From there, it was a short walk back up to the beach house for the party.

Angela and Jordan agreed on one condition of their reception – they wanted everyone to be fed as much as possible. While they had a spit roast for the main meal, and an adorable vintage caravan to serve the alcohol, the couple swear their grazing board from Picnic and Platter was the star of the show. With lawn games, friends soaking up the sun on picnic rugs and more than enough food and drinks, the bridal party snuck off down to the beach for their due snaps.

Speaking of bridal party photos, we’re experiencing some serious FOMO looking at Angela and Jordan’s! While the couple wanted everyone to be as comfortable as possible, comfort wasn’t an issue when the clothes came off and Angela and Jordan jumped into The Bay of Plenty with their closest friends. Wedding dresses usually look best dry, but Angela’s Grace Loves Lace number rocked the drenched look too!
