A lesson in individuality, the latest editorial shoot by Brisbane photographer Brooke Adams explores three different but equally effortless bridal styles.
Teaming up with Rose Apple Flowers and The Events Co, Brooke Adams pairs each look with a complementary bouquet while makeup artist Tanielle Jai dabbles in every look, from glowing skin to a subtle smoky eye. “We wanted our brides to embody a soft, romantic look.” Explains Brooke, describing her search for inspiration in the understated.
Model Naomi Hodges channels a different muse in each story – first up, the Ethereal Bride. An authority in the delicate and dreamy, For Love & Lemons perfectly encapsulates the Ethereal Bride with an almost nude number. An intricate lace overlay is enough to get hearts beating and this barely-there gown suits the bouquets soft whites and creams.
A pared back dress by Stone Cold Fox lets the vibrant, tangled bouquet of peonies and foliage shine, while loosely swept hair lends innocence to the Botanic Bride look.
Exuding a edgier vibe, the Night Time look pairs a delicate For Love & Lemons bralette with a more structured suit jacket sourced from Zara and crisp white Witchery culottes, while an ear cuff gives the look a polished finish.
