Caravan & Tonic is an event service provider offering premium packages through our fully restored vintage caravan bar — Vinnie. From beer and wine, to cocktails and coffee, giant lawn games and photo props; Vinnie is equipped with everything needed to make your wedding day truly unforgettable.

Vinnie is a 10ft York Caravan who was born out of a desire to provide a vintage-inspired, bespoke event service that can be fully tailored to suit any budget, venue and client, ensuring a unique and personal experience every time. She comes fully equipped with RSA Certified and Barista Qualified staff, fridge storage, beer taps, infused water station, bar styling and much more!

Operating on a BYO drinks basis, we manage complete bar and beverage service for your special day. We can work directly with you, in addition to venues and caterers to ensure flawless delivery.

We have three basic packages, starting at three hours, but are more than happy to work with you to create the perfect package for your wedding day (or entire weekend!). We have also partnered with some of Perth’s best small businesses to bring you optional extras such as barista coffee service with locally roasted beans, Artisan Ice Pops, and more, to give your special day that additional wow factor!

How we operate

We love working with happy loved up couples. Being fortunate enough to observe and help create such a significant and intimate occasion in other people’s lives is something we think is a real privilege and do not take for granted. Weddings are meant to share and spread love and happiness, which is what we live for! With this in mind, we endeavour to respond to all enquiries in a prompt manner to ensure a stress-free booking process. We are more than happy to assist with any stage of planning and will answer all questions to the best of our ability.

Location and travel policy

Based in Perth, we service the metro area and beyond! Having been everywhere from Geraldton to Albany and even out to Kalgoorlie, Vinnie is always up for a good road trip. Travel outside 30km Perth CBD will incur a small travel fee.
