Hi, I’m Dani 👋.

I didn’t actually set out to become a photographer, I just knew that I loved the way photos make me feel. I loved the vivid colours, the contrast, the joy, the nostalgia, the honesty of it all. I love the way pouring over an old photo album can make me feel, or the comfort of walking past a framed print in the hallway… you know that feeling?

And so, when my husband and I began spending most of our time on the road, I knew that I had to document these moments so that we could relive all of our epic adventures. I didn’t know it at the time, but I also took these photos to share our lives with our kids (proof we had one before they came along!). Slowly but surely, friends and family began asking me to photograph moments for them, as well. The attraction was instant, and it wasn’t long before photography became my full-time thing.

And it’s this natural progression that’s led me to some of my greatest life-work: capturing weddings of loved-up folks. I’ve been immortalising life’s biggest moments and greatest adventures for people just like you since 2016, and can I tell you – what an HONOUR.

Capturing candid moments by being a fly-on-the-wall is what I’m all about. Posing? Nah! I want to capture that laugh from the silly joke that was told or that quiet moment where you’ve forgotten that I was there. Let’s pop some bubbles or go for a piggyback ride – I’m down for it all and ready to capture those special moments.

You want your day to be as fun and stress-free as possible and that’s the approach I take with my couples on the day. You can depend on me to be a warm, easygoing influence on the day that’ll make you feel totally comfortable and confident on the other side of the camera. And when it’s all said and done (*sigh!*), you can relive the memories forever snug on your couch in photo form.
