Upside Down Events is a Sydney-based wedding stylist and planner specialising in artistic and imaginative events with a twist. We believe every wedding should be a visual story that celebrates exactly who couples are and their journeys together, all while showing off just that little bit.

Led by Lilac Zhang, we are a team of passionate creatives who take a curious and playful approach to all our weddings. We are inspired by form, texture and light and obsess over the details to design events that are considered in all aspects.

We love working with couples who dare to be different and who aren’t afraid of pushing the boundaries just that little bit. After all, the best things seem to happen when you take a little bit of risk (don’t worry, we’re very good at what we do!).
