“A wedding in nature emanates an understated grace,” says Cherise Woodhams, chief florist at Perth botanic studio De La Terre. Guided by the authenticity of the natural landscape, she teamed up with photographers Ines Pandzic and Rhianna May to bring us this earthy editorial.

“This shoot captures the simple elegance of natural tones and materials that highlight our yearning for simplicity,” says Cherise, who believes brides feel their most authentic self when surrounded nature.

Pared back styling and a muted palette harmonise with the rawness of the setting, occasionally offset by gilded elements like a gold-leaf wedding cake by De La Rosa. The hero of the hour, though, must surely be that incredible native bouquet. Such a beauty!
