The grounds of the Euroa Butter Factory were the perfect setting for Gabe and Blake’s European-inspired wedding. With their daughter and littlest mascot, Clementine by their side, these sweethearts made it official under the trees. Captured by It’s Beautiful Here, under the darkening skies and twinkling lights, you’d be forgiven for thinking these two tied the knot in Tuscany.

Great food and wine were a priority for this cultured couple and the Butter Factory certainly delivered. With an onsite veggie patch, the chefs use only local and seasonal produce, and according to Gabe, the dessert was to die for – “They work with you to create a signature dessert table that’s suits the feel of the wedding and we had our guests lining up for it!” She says.

Keeping it local, Sue from Flowers on Melville was tasked with taming the flowers. The Numurkah based florist went above and beyond, assisting with the styling of the day and even crafting the cake topper.

The gorgeous Gabe came dangerously close to being a barefoot bride, when the Sergio Rossi shoes she ordered six months prior never turned up. Ever the heroic husband-to-be, Blake searched high and low, round the world, to track down another pair, and luckily the illusive shoes turned up with four days to spare. We reckon those beauties were worth the wait!

Blake was debonair-cool in a three piece Paul Smith suit, and Gabe was luminous in a divine dress by Manuell & Moore. Custom-designed, the dress featured French Chantilly lace and a luxurious 40-metre silk organza skirt. “Taking the decision out of my own hands and letting someone else’s creative genius run wild definitely worked for me.” says Gabe, who further amped up the romance with soft makeup and swept back hair.

As the adage goes, no wedding is complete without something old – so an hour before the reception ended, Gabe donned her mothers vintage wedding gown, much to her mum’s teary delight.
