“Intergalactic Elegance” by Fleur & Threads

According to Fleur & Threads visionary Clare Harmer, this is the bride of the future. She is a dreamer, breathes inspiration and embodies an other-worldly sense of romance.

It was this image that inspired a styled shoot themed around “intergalactic elegance”, with the concept, creative direction and floral design dreamed up by Clare and captured by Jimmy Raper Photography. Clare says of her ideal bride: “She would create a day of experiences, on the day she says ‘I do’. Experiences for all of the special souls in her life to see the true depth of her love for her special one. She painted this feeling with each hand-selected detail. Every single moment would be poetry.”

Unusual floral combinations are offset against sculptural branches and palm leaves. Frosted make-up with a hint of sparkle by Sarah Marie contrasts with softly undone braids by Carolyn Jayun. And a decadent cake by Project Sweet Stuff competes for attention with a stunning black and gold tablescape, awash with Loved by Lucy candles and Emily Lauren stationery.
