Today’s styled shoot by Alana Taylor Photography is really something. Inspired by the unconventional, this gorgeously executed scene is equal parts whimsy and elegance, while the surrounding forest-scape adds an element of natural, raw beauty.

With loose waves and a lush headpiece of mauve and magenta blooms, the first sequinned look takes a relaxed approach. The second incarnation sees the bride channeling a little old Hollywood glamour, with an updo, dark lip and fur bolero courtesy of Just Bridesmaids & Florals.

The stunning florals were orchestrated by Always Flowers and Alana tells us the colour palette was intended to evoke a romantic feel. “We chose romantic blush tones, as well as moody tones for our florals to enhance the intimate and elegant feel.”
