Georgia & Adam’s Relaxed Margaret River Wedding

Hannah of Keeper Creative captured a real beauty in this Margaret River wedding, and not even grey skies could dull Georgia and Adam’s stunning day. The Perth pair run a cold-pressed juice company together, so clearly they make a good team and we’ve gotta say they nailed the whole bride and groom thing. With tequila shots in lieu of a cake, we like the way they roll!

According to Georgia, it was love at first sight. She headed west from her hometown of Torquay to be with Adam a mere six weeks after meeting. Keeping things close to home, Incognito was an easy winner when it came to location, thanks to its natural beauty and rugged coastline, both of which were on full display during ceremony and reception.

A clear marquee from Wonderland Tents and Events was the perfect setting (and dry respite from the unpredictable weather) and the couple kept the styling subtle and classy, with raw textures, natural timber and olive branches. “We always wanted to create our own space,” explains Georgia. “We didn’t want to get married at a venue where you could not make it your own.

Adam was pretty laid-back when it came to suiting up (Georgia, not so much!) but it all worked out in the end thanks to Jack London.

Not a fan of fitted clothing, Georgia wanted something flowy and feminine for the wedding, and she found it in a Bo & Luca stunner. “Most importantly I wanted to feel like me.” She tells us. “As soon as I went on their website I knew I would wear one of their dresses so I had no problem flying to Brisbane to try them on.”

Flowers for Mrs Harris is the brains behind Georgia’s beaut bouquets and we love the simple colour palette and mix of natives.

“Our ceremony was originally planned to be outside, but ended up being inside our marquee as it was pouring with rain!! It actually ended up being perfect as we think it was much more intimate being inside.” Says Georgia.

Together Wonderland Tents and Events, Wildwood Lighting and Electrical, The Zest Group WA and Cape Marquees Event Hire pulled together Georgia and Adam’s modern rustic theme.

Sure the view was impressive, but it was Supper Rd that really got guests talking. “Supper Rd catered, we had wandering canapes and a sit down banquet style main meal.” Georgia tells us. “To this day we still have people raving about the food at our wedding!”
