The latest collaboration led by Chasing Brightness Photography will have you wanting to say adiós to the white wedding once and for all.
Inspired by the incredibly colourful work of local event stylists Neon Garage, Sarah-Kate and Linda of Chasing Brightness decided to assemble a stellar lineup of local suppliers to showcase some talent from the Central Coast, “Local suppliers often get overlooked for bigger Sydney based companies and we really wanted to collaborate with the best of the best from our area.” They tell us. “Our brief was make it as colourful and fun as possible – a little bit Mexican, a little bit rock and roll!”
Neon Garage were of course responsible for the uber bright colour scheme and they totally nailed the Día de Muertos vibe in every way possible, from the patterned picnic setup to the spot-on flowers and greenery supplied by Octopus Garden.
Anakissed was called in to style the bride and groom, and she certainly kept the colourful Mexican theme going. The groom donned a western style shirt with embroidered roses while the bride paired a red lip with a short, starry Lenni Shop number for the ceremony and a sunshine yellow ASOS baby-doll dress for the reception.
“We wanted to ditch the white and show how colourful can still be tasteful and romantic.” says the Chasing Brightness gals, no need to convince us though – you had us at Neon Garage!
