Carolyn & Andrew’s Modern Dockside Wedding
Classic romance is a generally fail-safe and Andrew nailed it when he proposed to Carolyn in their petal strewn, candle-lit Balinese villa. The pair met through a mutual friend and were head-over-heels from the very start – still are, judging by Willow & Co’s stunning snaps!
Having seen them in action at her sister’s wedding, Carolyn couldn’t wait to lock in the Sydney photography duo. “We loved working with Willow & Co,” she tells us. “Grace and Tim shot my sister’s wedding and were such great fun to work with, we booked them when we got engaged.”
This pair have us falling for the church wedding all over again. The ceremony was held at Holy Name of Mary Church in Hunters Hill and it was not only beautiful, but big enough to house Andrew’s entire Italian family! Flower decked pews and a floral entrance arch courtesy of Florals by Silva added a fresh twist to this traditional do.
Deciding against their original plans for a destination wedding, waterfront views of Cockle Bay was the next best thing. Post-ceremony these newlyweds partied on with their guests in the Terrace Room at L’Aqua, finishing the night with fireworks over Darling Harbour.
