Melbourne designer, Pamela Usanto has a love of all things luxury, sublimely indulged in her first prêt-a-porter bridal collection, ‘5’. Combining delicate silk, frothy tulle and exquisite French lace, she fuses classic elegance with modern silhouettes in elegantly wearable, breathtaking and exclusive designs for the modern bride.
This collection was in fact inspired by perhaps the epitome of modern art – the Guggenheim Museum. Its minimalist form took the designer’s fancy when she interned at Marchesa in New York, and is echoed in her collection of ten exquisite gowns. With their soft palettes and delicate textures, there’s also an undeniable feeling of 50’s era fashion in these works – another glorious quirk of her signature style.
Nouba is loving these gorgeous shapes and unique embellishments, and with each design so remarkably individual, we’re hard pressed to choose a favourite.
