“Directional and modern with a touch of ethereal” is how the Perth creatives behind this styled shoot describe it, combining clean lines and contemporary details with the raw warehouse vibes of Feld & Co.
Natasja Kremers captured the details in her signature style, mixing authenticity with true artistic flair, and was given plenty to work with, including a luxurious table styled by Pop Up Planning Co featuring layers of black linen, crockery and cutlery with ghost chairs, crystal glassware from Side Serve and Perspex stationery from Nestle and Porter.
Having recently returned from working at Grandiflora in Sydney to start up a Perth arm of the business, florist Grace Morley created floral arrangements in natural textures and tones featuring spinifex, bunny-tails, a ‘bird’s nest’ of sticks, orchids and vibrant Australian wattle, a beautiful contrast against the rich dark chocolate cake by The Cake and I.
The bride wears a romantic soft tulle gown by Hariette Gordon with high neckline, billowing bishop sleeve and buttoned cuff worn with a blush silk slip and effortless hair and makeup by The Pretty Parlour. Her second outfit, a made-to-measure pure white Edward McCann suit paired with a trailing veil, offers a modern take on bridal wear and is the perfect complement to her groom’s black and charcoal tuxedo, also by Edward McCann.
