Wanting the intimacy of a backyard wedding, but without a yard big enough for all their friends and family, Zoe and Lachlan found their perfect venue at Feld & Co in Perth.

With industrial vibes, bamboo furniture, loads of greenery and a big carpark out back, Feld ticked all the boxes for a fun and relaxed wedding. Zoe explains “We had a ceremony inside with just our families and a handful of close friends, then had more friends join us in the evening for a car park party with a BBQ (by Keg Truck) and plenty of dancing.”

A neon sign by Neon Republic formed the backdrop of the ceremony, reading ‘Only One’ – the name of the couple’s favourite (and first dance) song by John Butler Trio. A hide rug and an array of indoor plants completed their pared-back styling.

Photographers Woodvine & Co not only captured all the fun and feels of the day, but (as part-time florists) created gorgeous bouquets, bursting with sunflowers – a nod to Lachlan’s proposal, which featured a huge bunch of the sunny blooms.

Zoe tells us their wedding was a huge joint effort from friends and family. “Our sister-in-law officiated our wedding, I used to babysit for Matt (our AV guy/guitarist), both of us have worked with Chris & Robyn (Woodvine & Co.) in the past, Dave (Keg Truck) is a good friend of ours, friends helped with hair and make up, and Lach’s mum put together our dessert table at the reception.” Sounds like a dream team!
