Gilded Industrial Editorial at Gather & Tailor
Today’s metallic editorial by our friends at Lenzo takes the old ‘all that glitters is gold’ adage to a whole new level. Shot on location at Gather and Tailor by camera-touting duo, Katie Harmsworth this luxe wedding features simple furnishings courtesy of Pepper Sprout Hire, plus metallic accents and bold florals by Raven and the Rose, made even more striking against the industrial backdrop of the West Melbourne warehouse.
No amount of sparkle was spared, from the golden Ruby Rabbit tableware to the confetti and feather filled Boutique Balloons. Even the bride shimmered thanks to MUA Amelia Webb. A soft bronze eye and dewy skin was the way to go, while hair was kept sleek and wavy with a glam gold-foil hair part, dreamt up by Studio 2.
A barely-there, lace Georgia Young Couture gown toed the line between daring and demure for this bride (she was almost outshone by her cute sidekick flower girls in Britt Bear) while the groom sported a perfectly tailored Oscar Hunt tux – v suave!
Sweets are always aesthetically pleasing to us, but the handmade choccies (by Love Little Chocolates) and trio of cakes (by Cake Ink) have really hit the sugary spot. And on the savoury front, LENZO recuited Pot & Pan for a seafood inspired spread. Those fluffy king fish burgers are calling our name!
