Fresh Wedding Inspiration from the Gold Coast
If you’ve seen one too many vintage weddings and you’re hungering for some fresh inspiration, today’s shoot is just for you. Teaming up with a bunch of local creatives, photographer Adam Ward snapped some contemporary scenes in and around the Gold Coast’s eclectic wedding space, Justin Lane.
With copper-topped bars, neon signs and festoon lighting, Justin Lane provided an eclectic mix of spaces for the bride and groom to explore. Bold blooms by Missy La’belle and contemporary styling by Love Struck Weddings had the Burleigh Heads pizzeria well and truly wedding-ready.
Wearing a backless lace number by Begitta, the bride showed off a smoky look and effortless updo courtesy of Tiara Bridal Artistry, while the dapper groom donned a stylish ensemble from Gold Coast Urbbana.
And since a modern wedding needs a modern celebrant, Benjamin Carlyle was the perfect choice to lead the laneway ceremony. In the golden hour light, the surrounding graffiti-clad alleys were perfect portrait locations – that unfailing mix of pretty meets gritty.
