Truvelle has us giddy over their latest gowns, and Nouba Directory newbie Through the White Door is the only Aussie store with these beauties on the rack. The Vancouver label caters to the modern bride itching for an edge – turning classic silhouettes into show-stoppers with details such as dip-dyed ombre lace and rose gold shimmer.

“Truvelle gowns are made to compliment and accentuate an already beautiful individual,” they tell us, from their studio in the heart of the very cool Gastown district. “In a room full of people, you’re the one with the smile that exudes intelligence, mischief, and grace. Nobody forgets a girl who makes remarkable look easy.” Needless to say, these guys speak our language.

Designer Gaby Bayona (the creative genius behind these breathtaking creations) invites us all to “sit back, grab a drink and enjoy browsing” through their current collection – so we think we’ll do just that!
